Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home.
