My wife and I wanted to thank Shelley Liao for her wonderful assistance in finding a home for us in Hollywood. I have to admit, we're a bit on the picky side, so we didn't make it easy for Shelley! Nevertheless, she was extraordinarily patient and professional. She had a fantastic demeanor the entire time and was truly a pleasure to work with. Shelley is very knowledgeable about the real estate business, including the entire searching and closing process. Every house she took us to had much of what we were looking for, so she didn't waste our time just going through the listings. She really understood what we were seeking, and while the market was thin, she did a great job of staying on top of things and pounced on a new listing just as soon as it came on. Shelley, we can't thank you enough for taking the time to work with us on finding the perfect home! I would highly recommend you to anyone needing to find or sell a home. Go Shelley!!!

Shelley was an outstanding partner throughout my entire home buying process. She really listens to what you are looking for and I never felt pushed in one direction or another. She was very responsive and would always overcommunicate details to make sure I fully understood everything that mattered when going through the selection process. Where I was most impressed with Shelley was in negotiations after we made our offer. I negotiate for a living myself and Shelley is an absolute rockstar that got me an incredible deal on a home that I really wanted. I could not recommend her enough

It's hard to describe how amazing it feels to wake up every morning in your dream house. I have Shelley to thank for making that a reality.
