This was my first time selling a property and my realtor Miguel went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagine. I could call or text anytime within reason and I would always get a response. I never felt like I was just another client but like a friend who had my best interest in mind! Miguel took the time to explain the things that I was not familiar with and made me feel comfortable to proceed with confidence. I’ve already recommended to my friends who are looking for a realtor, that I know a great realtor when they’re ready. I wish everyone who is looking to buy or sell, could share my experience. I am very happy with my results! Thank you Miguel!

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.
