Dan is also very well connected for all the services needed by a buyer including home inspection, mortgages, and title / escrow work. Dan helped me find my new home in less than three months and my closing went very smoothly. I was away on business during my closing and Dan assisted me with completing a Facetime closing walk thru of my new home on closing day.
