My overall experience working with Dan was exceptional. I've known Dan personally for over 20 years when I lived in Miami years ago. When I was recently relocating back to South Florida after being gone for 18 years, a mutual friend informed me that Dan was now working professionally as a realtor. So, I reached out to Dan to see if he would assist me with finding my new home in South Florida. Dan was extremely patient with me as we set up over 15 appointments to see both new construction as well as existing properties. I found Dan to be extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate details and information around the purchase process for condominiums and townhomes which is what I was searching for. When it came time to put in an offer, Dan was very diligent in locating comps in the neighborhood as well as ensuring that my offer was reasonable and fare for the seller as well as for me. Dan did an excellent job in negotiating the purchase price for my new home which came in under the appraisal. Dan is also very well connected for all the services needed by a buyer including home inspection, mortgages, and title / escrow work. Dan helped me find my new home in less than three months and my closing went very smoothly. I was away on business during my closing and Dan assisted me with completing a Facetime closing walk thru of my new home on closing day. He provided excellent customer service throughout my entire home purchase process. I highly recommend Dan as a knowledgeable and very competent realtor.
