I found Dan to be extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate details and information around the purchase process for condominiums and townhomes which is what I was searching for. When it came time to put in an offer, Dan was very diligent in locating comps in the neighborhood as well as ensuring that my offer was reasonable and fare for the seller as well as for me. Dan did an excellent job in negotiating the purchase price for my new home which came in under the appraisal. Dan is also very well connected for all the services needed by a buyer including home inspection, mortgages, and title / escrow work. Dan helped me find my new home in less than three months and my closing went very smoothly. I was away on business during my closing and Dan assisted me with completing a Facetime closing walk thru of my new home on closing day. He provided excellent customer service throughout my entire home purchase process. I highly recommend Dan as a knowledgeable and very competent realtor.
