Her knowledge of the market was invaluable in helping us formulate a successful strategy for buying our home. Ana was a trusted advisor that took the time to learn our preferences and was not shy in pointing out the lemons from those homes that were worth serious consideration. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated her patience and willingness to answer our many questions. Even after the move, we have relied on Ana to help pick the right contractors to do the necessary repairs. (Ana has refurbished many homes, so she knows many roofers and other contractors here in South Florida.) It is worth mentioning that she was always available, and would often pick up the phone or call back right away. (I don't know how she did it with the number of deals that she was juggling.) In short, Ana is worth her weight in gold. I highly recommend her.

The property that just closed was a difficult case put on the market just as rates started rise and with a difficult tenant in place making showings difficult. Andy refused to let me be concerned and also prevented me from undervaluing the property for a quick sale.
