Getting our second home could’ve been a nightmare, Pily made this process as seamless as possible! She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process and her recommendations helped us get the home of our dreams. She is very patient and looks out for the benefit of her clients and not her own as I’ve experienced with other realtors. We even had the sellers realtor say he’ll hire her to purchase his next home! I highly recommend Pily for anyone looking for their first home, second home or even investment properties. Couldn’t be happier!

It was a great experience working with Tim! This was my fifth real estate transaction and by far, Tim was the best agent I've had. Throughout this sale, he was professional, creative and led us to a very successful outcome. I felt a true partnership with Tim as I heavily relied on his experience and judgement all along the way. His knowledge and attention to detail made it easy for me to feel both confident and trusting of his guidance. I strongly recommend Tim to anyone looking for more than a purely transactional agent - Tim is a real partner!

Maria was knowledgeable, experience and kept in touch through out the selling process.
