Working with Zubeda was a pleasure and a great help to me. She listened to me, understood my needs and was always ready to give advice and help in whatever way she could. She was always easily accessible even out of her regular working hours. All in all I think she did a good job and I was a very happy customer! I had to accept the final price below my initial asking price but that was because the market changed just as I placed my property up for sale.

Working with Javad was an absolute blessing. As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous, overwhelmed, and full of questions — but Javad was there every single step of the way. His patience, knowledge, and kindness made this entire process not only smooth but truly enjoyable. He held my hand through every decision, explained every detail in a way that made sense, and never once made me feel like I was alone. He was incredibly responsive, always available, and treated my goals like his own. I could feel that he genuinely cared — not just about closing a deal, but about finding the right home for me. Javad went above and beyond to make me feel supported and confident, and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I’m so grateful to have had him in my corner for this milestone in my life. If you're looking for someone who is professional, warm, honest, and deeply committed to his clients — look no further than Javad. Thank you, Javad, for making this such a beautiful chapter in my story. You’re truly one of a kind!
