We recently sold our home in Southwest Ranches and used Milva Gilluly as our agent , brilliant decision !!! We’ve bought / sold several homes in the past and never has the experience been more pleasant -smooth- professional than this . Milva staged our home beautifully , she brought personal “accents ” from her own home to brighten ours , who does that ?!?!! She created anticipation by a “coming soon” on line campaign that was so well thought out and clever !!! My home was full on her Open , House —- we had three offers , two of which were over ask !!! Milva will continue to be our go to realtor for purchasing / selling homes in the future , thank you so much for this seamless experience !

She is the best! She was so involved in the whole process like she was the one who was going to buy the house. She was always willing and able to show us all the properties with a smile and positive attitude. We felt very confident that she was representing our interests and helped us achieve the house of our dreams. Thank you Madelyn for your advice and hard work. atte: Natalia C
