Very happy with selling my Mother's house and having Ursula representing our family, she made it easy for us, kept us updated on everything, and walked us through the whole process. Very honest, which we truly appreciate. Very much would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

Ursula helped me find and purchase the house I had been wanting very quickly. She is a very helpful real estate professional, and she is very good at listening and communicating. She showed me about six or so homes and when she showed the last one, I said this is the one I want! She made the process very smooth and easy.

I would describe Ursula as patient; very knowledgable of our requirements and areas matching our objectives; friendly but in a professional way; always available & flexible, and very helpful in understanding the differences between Florida and our experiences in the Northeast. I would recommend her to anyone that I considered worthy of a true professional realtor.
