Alyssa was so helpful leading us though the process, assisting us with all services required, recommend a fantastic legal team being prepared to talk to us out of hours, if necessary. All in all I can't recommend her highly enough and if any future buyers/sellers would like to contact me I would no hesitation in speaking to them.

The whole negotiation went as expected, as Carlos sent us feedback at all times on how the negotiation was going. With him we got an excellent deal on the purchase of this lot and peace of mind with the documentation, as he sorted everything out for us. I hope to make new acquisitions soon with him.
