As first time home sellers, we had a lot to learn about prepping a house for market. While other realtors we interviewed gave us a generic checklist, Angela Robinson spent over two hours going through our home with us and helping us understand what to tweak and what was ok to leave. She was relentlessly positive and honest. We had an extremely complicated go-to-market situation with house repairs, and a complex situation with our buyers. Angela stayed on top of all of it and pulled all the strings necessary, going above and beyond to make sure our sale went through. She was communicative, clear, helpful, kind, and present as we needed her. My only regret is that because we moved out of state, we probably won't get to work with her again. Angela is the BEST!

Glen is a great agent. He was on top of every step of the process, from the initial preparation and connecting with vendors for repairs and landscaping, all the way through the close. As I was not in town, he went above and beyond by letting contractors into the house and being present for a delivery. Definitely recommend him as your seller's agent.

We had quite a few issues preparing the house for sale (fencing around property, new septic, new sod/grass which arrived ~dead due to the droughts at the time), but Karen remained professional and patient and was willing to compromise and work with us on several parts of the process. She was always quick and professional in her responses and was willing to help and go the extra mile to help and provided not only helpful advice but knew great people to help with cleaning, repairs, etc. overall would recommend.

I have dealt with Scott on 8 transactions (both as buyer and seller, although more as the seller) Scott is amazing, from his knowledge of marketing properties, to the recommendations he makes about what to do to the home to sell it. He is indefatigable in his work ethic. He also opened my mind to the idea of looking for my new home in West Volusia county, rather than just looking in Longwood and Lake Mary, which I previously was stuck on and not getting any traction in finding the home with the features I wanted and the price that I wanted, and I was able to find a great house in Orange City, FL that meets my needs.
