I was not present for the sale, as I was an absentee homeowner living in PA. Marissa saw to all the details of the sale . She provided the contractors required for the preparation ofthe home for showing. All details were handled promptly and in aprofessional manner. Working with Narvin Gumbs was an unparalleled experience for my husband and I. His expertise in helping us with the sale of our home which received 11 offers within the first 24 hours, allowed us to reach our goal and then surpass it. He began with extremely professional pictures that highlighted the assets of our home. We worked on how to list and price the property together and while Narvin guided us with comparables, he did not make decisions for us. His guidance was invaluable until the very end when the buyers pressured us and insisted we comply with certain demands not mentioned previously. Without Narvin's integrity and confident input to us, we would not be in Virginia with our family as we wanted. We are so very grateful and happy with his services.

I've know Marissa McClung professionally for many years as both a rental agent and a realtor and must say it was my pleasure to deal with her She is a professional in her field always available and ready to help, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
