Working with Narvin Gumbs was an unparalleled experience for my husband and I. His expertise in helping us with the sale of our home which received 11 offers within the first 24 hours, allowed us to reach our goal and then surpass it. He began with extremely professional pictures that highlighted the assets of our home. We worked on how to list and price the property together and while Narvin guided us with comparables, he did not make decisions for us. Darko Vukomanovic was our agent and he did a fantastic job of finding out what we wanted and setting up a customized search for us. We would select properties to visit weekly (or sometimes faster) and he was very flexible about showing us them after hours and on weekends. He had a good sense for the value of houses and we saw several houses go by for the approximate value he stated. He is highly professional, very talented and organized in showing homes with our time schedules. We lost two houses but moved aggressively on the third and finally succeeded. Very interestingly, he helped us to find out a right lender who gave the nice deal. Without any hesitation he showed us many units and the way he explains the details is truly awesome. We really appreciate his patience to answer our queries. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend Darko to all our reference buyers, sellers and friends.
