He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood.
