I found Ariya by accident while searching for my new home. He was able to put my husband and I at ease through the new home construction process. We definitely had issues pop up during it and especially at the last minute which without Aryia, we might not have been able to move in on time. He is somebody you need in your corner throughout this experience whether it is a long or short process. Ariya was able to give us everything we asked for in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. I highly recommend him and if you are questioning getting a realtor for new or resale, then you should contact Ariya right now because you will find out he is an asset for you.
