This is the 4th time I have used John as my Real Estate Agent. He gets it done! He is always professional and available to answer any questions along the way of the looking and purchase process.

Laura showed us multiple homes and always kept new choices coming, worked with me every step of the way. The home i ended up purchasing was one that she suggested even though it was a little outside the area i was looking at. She was right, i knew it was home when I walked in.

Steve was great to work with. We were out-of-towners unfamiliar with the Orlando RE market, but Steve took the time before we arrived to understand what we were looking for and showed us a ton of great options – all in the course of one day. We actually ended up purchasing the very first place he showed us. And Steve was there for anything we needed right up through the closing and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a more professional home-buying experience or a better agent.

We met Beverly at an open house she was showing in Clermont close to 3 years ago. That day she listened to us and even though that wasn't the house for us she told us she will help us find our dream home. She was so easy to talk to and seem to really care. We kept in touch as we weren't in an urgent situation to find a home but was waiting for the right home for us and she patiently waited for us to decide. Beverly was never pushy, just completely professional and became a friend to us really, checking in with us every few months to see how things were going. We had friends wanting to move to Florida and referred her in which with Beverly's help, they found their forever home. Life happens here and there so Beverly just kept in touch until we finally found the area we fell in love with and worked up the offer on our forever home. With her great negotiating skills and covering every detail along the process, we were finally able to make our forever home a reality just like our friends did.

Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of. We would definitely recommend his services to buyers and sellers!
