Peter was a professional from the start. He came prepared to our first interview, he knew the area and the market, and was able to sell my house in less than the average time on the market. I really appreciated his communication- he kept me up to date every time there was a showing and worked with me to make a schedule to check in while I was on a cruise. I did not have to do much of anything on my side except sign the papers. Peter's services were totally worth it and I would recommond him to anyone!
