Jan Walker, the most excellent agent.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jan! She recently helped me sell my lake condo in Orlando, and the entire experience was flawless, from start to finish. Jan’s exceptional professionalism and expertise in the local market, and honest, insightful advice on pricing and staging proved to be spot-on. Her knowledge of the Orlando lakefront property market, as well as the adjacent Winter Park area, is impressive. I’ve always had complete confidence in her guidance. Jan’s attention to detail, from the listing photos to the negotiation process, is impeccable. Thanks to her hard work, marketing savvy, and negotiation and communication skills, my condo sold quickly and for an excellent price. She always goes above and beyond in her dedication, and genuine care for her clients. I highly recommend Jan, without reservation.
