Barbara linked us to an appraiser in the area to assure we obtained the best value for our home. She discussed comparable homes in the area that had sold to help us set a price for our home and also assisted us in looking for homes to purchase in the location we want to move into. Although we decided not to list our home at this time when we get ready to list it we will be calling Barbara.
