A strong start, a thoughtful closing gift, and a first home to show for it.

Will made the start of my home-buying journey feel effortless. The moment I found my dream home, he moved quickly to get my offer — with an escalation clause — in front of the seller, and helped negotiate a longer inspection period and loan approval window that gave me real breathing room on a 1961 home. He also surprised me with a home warranty as a closing gift, which was an incredibly generous and thoughtful touch. Will showed up for the moments that mattered — coordinating the final walkthrough and making sure I had my keys in hand when I needed them on a tight schedule. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable agent

Amy was very easy to talk to and assisted in making the selling process very simple. She knows the area she covers so well. She went above and beyond to make sure a last minute issue was resolved so the closing could proceed without any delay. She was honest about the market and guided us to the best price. Amy will work tirelessly to get possible buyers to your home. If I was ever in need of an agent in the area she would be my first choice.

Amy knows what she is doing and gets it done in a caring, competent, and professional manner.

My wife and I lived and worked in a neighborhood that was served by Amy over many, many years. We told ourselves that if we ever decided to sell, we would be best off if we chose her as our realtor, given her experience and performance in our neighborhood, as witnessed first hand. We did, and have no regrets. She gave us good advice on presenting our home, recommended quality people to work with throughout the process, and made the entire experience as pleasurable as it could be. Great prep and quick sell!

Will was a huge help in helping us prep all of the tiny little details that, as the homeowner, we may have overlooked. He was very focused on pricing us to sell, while still getting us the best offer. In less than a week, we sold over asking! While buying or selling is always super stressful, Will made it quick and easy!
