Extra-ordinary! Pam listens to what you are looking for and doesn't stop until she finds exactly what you want. Her knowledge of the Palm Coast area is over the top! She works hard not only to find you the perfect home but at the best price. She knows how to get things done and is so professional in everything she does. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home and for selling the old one. My husband and I have moved many times, and have used Pam to help us with a few of our moves. She is by far the best of the best. She listens to your wants, hears the things you don't want and feels the pains of moving with you. This time she even helped us find a realtor in North Carolina to help us sell our home so we could make the move happen sooner. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. After closing, some realtors walk away - but she checks in to make sure we know of the many savings we can acquire in the state of Florida. She provides support as we navigate a new community. Lida is a very hardworking, motivated relator. From the beginning to the end of the selling process we definitely had some challenges but she went above expected and did whatever she could to make sure my husband and I were getting a good, fair price when selling our house.
