Fran was a knowledgeable and very patient realtor in helping me buy my new "forever" home. Not pushy, and very willing to discuss options within my budget. When I chose to make a lower offer to "test the market", she did not belittle me and made offers several times. She seemed truly interested in assisting me and not just how much commission she could make. After making offers on 4 homes, I finally made my happy decision. I am elderly and Fran made everything go so smoothly for me. Everything was in order and taken care of...clear through the closing. A Patient, Knowledgeable, Real Estate Agent

I was looking for a house for a few years and at one point had four agent scouting for me in four different areas. After a few months I knew I only wanted to work with Tina, who is an excellent listener, knowledgeable, reliable, experienced and makes note of exactly what you are looking for in a house. She showed us dozens of houses over the course of a year and was always available, promptly responding to every text and phone call and answered every question I had. The house searches she emailed me on a regular basis were chosen for specifically for me and not just random searches with a few of your criteria automatically sent to my email address like most realtors do. Tina was also an excellent counselor, making sure I was choosing the right house for me and my needs. She wants to keep long term happy clients and it shows.
