After our first conversation, that nervousness turned into anticipation, hopefulness and most importantly, trust. There was a calm yet positive demeanor about her. I am grateful for her cheerfulness, always answering the phone and listing to me being indecisive, knowledgeable in her field, her professionalism, sense of humor and most of all; knowing that she had my best interested at heart.
