My first encounter with Susanne was on Facebook. I thought to myself, who meets a realtor on Facebook? After our first conversation, that nervousness turned into anticipation, hopefulness and most importantly, trust. There was a calm yet positive demeanor about her. Although she knew I was not ready to purchase, she assured me to take my time and she created an account for me and sent different homes for me to look at immediately. One of Susanne's many strengths besides being very resourceful is patience. I constantly changed the location of where I wanted to live. Nevertheless, Susanne never showed annoyance towards me. She kept reminding me this journey is about me and the house I want. I really appreciated Susanne for allowing me to take my time and not feel rushed. A year later, we found the perfect house for me. I am grateful for her cheerfulness, always answering the phone and listing to me being indecisive, knowledgeable in her field, her professionalism, sense of humor and most of all; knowing that she had my best interested at heart. I highly recommend Susanne especially as she made me feel like I was the only client she had.

Susan was excellent! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and no clue what we were doing. She helped us every step of the way and answer all our questions! My husband is a Veteran as we were also using a VA Loan. She truly went above and beyond for my family and I am forever grateful! Would absolutely recommend and will use in the future! Susanne worked on helping me find a place to live by providing me with pictures and videos of the properties that I qualify for. She has provided me with transportation when I needed it and always gave me expert advice on what I needed to do to obtain what I want. She went above and beyond what was expected, and I am so grateful for all of her help.

Susanne helped up in an unbelievable amount. We knew nothing going into the home buying process and with our purchase going through VA , she walked us through every step and gave us guidance when we needed it. This was a very scary thing for us , however with Susan helping us she made it east and enjoyable. We thank her so very much for all she has done and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. From the moment I met her she showed so much interest and she was very knowledgeable. I'm glad I met her. We actually met thru my daughter in law. I got sick right after I met her and she actually checked on me several times, Susanne is the best.
