My first encounter with Susanne was on Facebook. I thought to myself, who meets a realtor on Facebook? After our first conversation, that nervousness turned into anticipation, hopefulness and most importantly, trust. There was a calm yet positive demeanor about her. Although she knew I was not ready to purchase, she assured me to take my time and she created an account for me and sent different homes for me to look at immediately. One of Susanne's many strengths besides being very resourceful is patience. I constantly changed the location of where I wanted to live. Nevertheless, Susanne never showed annoyance towards me. Susan was excellent! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and no clue what we were doing. She helped us every step of the way and answer all our questions! Susanne worked on helping me find a place to live by providing me with pictures and videos of the properties that I qualify for. She has provided me with transportation when I needed it and always gave me expert advice on what I needed to do to obtain what I want.
