Susanne was the absolute best! We had an unusually short buying period in comparison to what I have heard from others. She was attentive to our needs and our timeline. No matter the time of day, she was available and made several trips out to view properties in our desired location. My husband and I had different wants in a home, she noticed this and would look for homes that fit both our personalities. Susanne even paid attention to our sons and what they liked when we walked into a property. After all the properties that we looked at, she had pinpointed what we all wanted and found the perfect home for our family. She even helped me after we closed as I found issues with the property to communicate with the seller. We are now moved in and loving our new home! Thank you, Susanne, for all of your hardwork!

Before working with Susanne, I was in a nightmare of a situation with another realtor for over a year that really did not look at what I wanted and needed. I lost confidence and hope that my family would find a home that we would love. After being so frustrated and down on the whole thought of buying a house I decided to try one more time with another mortgage company and a new realtor.
