Shelley helped me set the asking price for my house, utilizing her knowledge of the market to set the price of the house at a level that ensured that I would be successful negotiating the highest possible settlement price. Her knowledge of the real estate "bubble" helped me secure the highest possible return for my house. I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work.
