Overall good experience

We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything. We are so happy.

Anthony was terrific to work with on selling my condo. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns Since I live out of the area, this was important.. Also, when we had multiple offers, he achieved the very best result!

I set my heart on an old fixer upper with a bunch of issues. Kristina showed me a whole catalogue of homes in the area and price range. I like the oldest and ugliest of the bunch. She fought hard to get the repairs and inspections and credits. The seller was difficult and the seller’s agents were inexperienced. Kristin made sure the home was safe and secure and my deal was fair before we signed. She navigated through some ignorance (not hers) emotions (mine) and a lot of phone tag and daisy chain messages. All the while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Teri was passionate about helping me to sell my home and it is obvious that she really loves her profession. She helped me every step of the way through multiple hurtles. Overall, she was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
