My daughter needed to find a home quickly and I had to initially purchase home. Kasey knew time was of the essence and based upon talking to my daughter. convinced her to look at a place my daughter did not want to see after seeing places available that did not meet my daughter's needs. Not only did the final place impress my daughter, but we were also able to get the place at a reasonable price and closed in record time as far as I am concerned. I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work. Elliot called me after showings to give me details of each visit. I was kept informed of market situations and home sales in the area. Elliot was very helpful in supplying contractors to me to Paint my home, to do repair work, at resonable prices! He was also available to help move some items out of my storage container. I would also add that he was very patient with me, answering the many questions I had, he had an open house and a brokers open at my request. We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything.
