My family & I have had many experiences with realtors in the past, but Kim is truly one of a kind & amazing at her craft. After relocating from California to Florida to be closer to more family, Kim’s communication was wonderful throughout the whole process, even talking for several months before we made the move to get the understanding of Florida real estate. We arrived and met with her the following week in person and looked at houses. I was impressed with her professionalism & wisdom of the areas/homes we looked at. I would recommend her 100%. We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything. Elliot called me after showings to give me details of each visit. I was kept informed of market situations and home sales in the area. Elliot was very helpful in supplying contractors to me to Paint my home, to do repair work, at resonable prices! He was also available to help move some items out of my storage container. I would also add that he was very patient with me, answering the many questions I had, he had an open house and a brokers open at my request. He was extremely responsive to our calls and texts, was quick to reach out with any new information on the homes we were interested in, and he seemed to know the areas we were looking at pretty well.
