Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. I can not say enough about Yolon Riveiro she was on time for visits, very acknowlegable with every question i would ask, after one meeting she had already had people wanting to see the house.
