Sherry was very nice and easy to work with. She worked hard to get the sale of our house done. And she doesn't drop you like a hot potato after the sale is done.

Trisha Roy is as great of a person as she is a real estate agent. We had a beautiful ranch that required considerable knowledge and expertise to market effectively. She understood our love for the property and was able to create a very detailed and accurate listing. Communications and all negotiations thereafter were fantastic. I’m sure we would have been on the market longer without her integrity and vast knowledge. All business was completely transparent and her negotiation skills were superior. We then hired Trisha to help with locating a new home closer to town. Her dedication and determination was very impressive. She is very familiar with this whole region and not just the local area. Together we were able to locate our dream home and with her skillful negotiations purchase it. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and Trisha Roy stands out as the best agent you could possibly hire.
