We were referred to Melinda by 3 other clients that used her in the complex that we were wanting to buy a condo in. I was a little nervous because we had never met Melinda. From the first phone call of us introducing ourselves and telling her what property we were interested in, Melinda was over the top with her communication skills, willingness to get us to the closing, doing whatever she could to make it happen and in a short amount of time. Even the secretaries in the complex we are buying in raved that she was #1 in what she does and loved working with her. Her knowledge of the property and surrounding area made us feel so calm throughout the process. She responded by text immediately.
