David took on an epic task moving my father from Alabama to Missouri. David was outstanding. There were so many twists and turns with the home I was trying to buy. David was able to navigate all the obstacles while keeping inform of the progress. From the seller agent, Lender, Title work, to the requirements for repairs to qualify the house for the loan. David was there with his wealth of experience to overcome the challenges. I would highly recommend him to help either sell or buy a home. I have purchase over two dozen homes and this one by far was the most complex of them all.
