The entire transaction went as hoped. Kim was very communicative, thorough and professional.

Vicki knows her business and was able to share it in a way that was informative and helpful. She provided comps to price the house appropriately and was exceedingly competent in providing specialized professionals to do the work that was needed on the property. In particular, she was very skilled at finding the balance in communicating the essentials and was respectful of my time. Vicki always gave her recommendations, but made it clear that the choice was ours. For the big work we needed to do, she always got several quotes for us to compare and then had it executed seamlessly. Her professional comportment is real, empathic and lighthearted, it set the tone for our working relationship and made for a very pleasant experience! Finally, I think it’s important to note that I never felt that I was anything less than Vicki’s primary concern and that is critically important in a real estate agent. I can say for us, Vicki went way above and beyond what was expected of her, and we are thrilled with the successful sale of our home.

Keith was very efficient in listing our property, he kept us informed of the many offers he received and guided us in every step of the way up until the closing.couldn’t ask for someone better, we were very surprised that our property was sold so fast. For sure we will use Keith for any other real estate business again

Wendy went above and beyond, did not matter what house or time we wanted to look at a house. She made the whole process fun and enjoyable! This was our first home purchase and we did not go wrong with having Wendy. She was very active and on top of things to ensure we got the house we wanted and didn’t settle on just any house. Thank you again Wendy!
