Marie Babin assisted us in the selection and purchase of our first condo in Destin. We are from another state, so there was so much we did not know about the process and the area. Marie was very patient with us, answering every question thoroughly and making sure we could make informed decisions. Her knowledge and experience in the Destin area made a huge difference in our purchase experience. Marie and her team always responded promptly and were a great help! We will definitely ask Marie to assist us on future purchases.

Easy to work with, fair and honest. Knows the market, got a fair price, quick sale, two offers within 4 days of listing.

Ms Judy’s experience was evident in every step of the way. She was very responsive to every question and/or concerns that we may have. She always looked out for our best interest but would also give us a reality check when needed. Overall, we were happy with our experience with Ms Judy.
