We used Ashleigh when we moved to Gulf Shores, Alabama almost 4 years ago and we had no question about who our realtor would be when we sold our house recently. She is the perfect blend of being kind and patient and listening to her clients, but has great advise and guidance in the process. She was quick to respond when we had questions and usually had already addressed it before we even asked. Knows her job inside/out. Represents her clients to the max but negotiates with poise and diplomacy. In our situation she was very instrumental in selling our house in days and getting us what we wanted. The process was so easy. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend more time with her. She is a delight!

Edie guided us through the purchase years ago as well as the sell of our home recently. Her knowledge of the area, responsiveness, organization and communication skills are spectacular. She is very detail oriented, focused on her clients and and makes buying and selling properties very easy. I highly recommend her and we are so thankful our paths crossed.

I welcome this opportunity to ask you to name Lorriane Castor The employee of the month as she did what two other Realtors could not do Lorriane sold our home for us ..Lorriane stopped by our home one afternoon as she saw the sign up in our yard that said For Sell by Owner she knocked on the door and I answer it ,after she introduced herself I explained to her that the Home had been on the market for 2 years and the realtor had not sold it so we where trying to sell it ourselves ,we did have a few bites but they always came up not taking the Home ,after listing to us Lorriane said I can sell your Home for you so we gave her a contract and by golly she did it .Lorraine was always very professional with calling us and sending us E-mails and bringing prospect buyer to see the Home I would recommend her to my friends or family if the needs arises . sincerely Charles and Phyllis Davis
