Our experience with our mortgage lender was an absolute nightmare and Brandi was there every step of the way doing the research that the lender should have done and sending it to them to move the process along. We had more than just a couple of hiccups because of this lender and Brandi reassured me the entire time that things would all work out. And she made sure it did. She gets it done and she is an incredible advocate for her clients! She will go to bat for you and she has no problem having the tough conversations if someone involved is not doing their job. It was so comforting to have her in our corner. We are excited to be in our new home, but it is bittersweet to not be working with/talking with Brandi everyday.
