I come from a family of now retired realtors so when I was referred to Dawn I had high expectations and demands. She met and exceeded all of them. Dawn is an absolute powerhouse. She negotiated like she had a black belt in real estate, handled inspections and surprise issues with the calm of someone defusing a bomb, and somehow helped us find and close on a home in under 60 days. Dawn was super attentive and gets things done. We were selling the house while living across the country, and she worked with the time difference and my work schedule. She helped set up everything we needed to get the house sold, contractor, staging, etc. She was incredibly professional and personable.

Dawn was amazing during a very high stress home purchase where we were moving to Florida from out of state. She made herself available and made sure she was present for the home inspection and other scheduled appointments when we were not able to be there.
