Dawn was super attentive and gets things done. We were selling the house while living across the country, and she worked with the time difference and my work schedule. As a first time home buyer I had very little knowledge of the home buying process. From our very first conversation; which was over an hour, Dawn was very detailed, patient and specific with information. We could tell that Dawn worked around the clock to find us just what we wanted. We were very picky when it came to our options and Dawn was patient enough to highlight several options that potentially would fit our needs. Dawn would always send us listing which made the process easier. I really appreciated that Dawn was always available for us. If she couldn't get to us right then and there, she would definitely reach back out to us quickly. I never felt like I was one of many clients. Dawn was honest about all the information she gave, whether we wanted to hear it or not, and that in itself is greatly appreciated. Overall I never got a bad vibe from her. I've heard horror stories of realtors, how they can be like used car salesmen, not Dawn. A lady at the office where Dawn works told us that we have one of the best realtors and I have to say that she was 100% correct. Dawns professionalism and willingness to satisfy her clients was not unnoticed. Dawn is amazing at what she does and I have already recommended her to other friends and associates.

Dawn helped my son purchase his first condo. We were so impressed with her that I chose her to be my agent when selling my investment property. I’m know Dawn takes her job seriously. After 2 realtors not meeting our needs, I reached out to Dawn who I knew could complete the sale of our Mother’s home. Us 3 sisters, who can’t even talk with each other, I needed them to talk with Dawn about the sale of the house.
