Dawn has been amazing from the start. The first house fell threw and becuase of contacts dawn shared with me it saved us from getting into a house that probably would of been a nightmare to live in. She did the best thing for us not for her or her commission. The second house was perfect. She reminded me of a mom that really cares and always has your back. Being a first time home buyer I did not know the questions to ask but she did and she asked alot of questions to the biulder and made sure we were set up with everything we needed. I don't know how other realtors are but I do know it cannot get any better then dawn (:
