Buying a home can be difficult and overwhelming. Bob made the entire process a lot less challenging. Anytime we asked to see a property or had a question, Bob made the time for us. Our home was listed on a realtor site of homes becoming available, it never hit the market, we had 2 different showings and it was sold. He was able to get everything taken care of behind the scenes which required very little effort on our part. He met with us for signings explaining each document as we went along.
