WOW Glad she's on my side!

I come from a family of now retired realtors so when I was referred to Dawn I had high expectations and demands. She met and exceeded all of them. Dawn is an absolute powerhouse. She negotiated like she had a black belt in real estate, handled inspections and surprise issues with the calm of someone defusing a bomb, and somehow helped us find and close on a home in under 60 days. I’m still not sure how she pulled it off, but I’m convinced she has superpowers. Highly recommend.
