Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. We heartily recommend him to anyone looking to make what could be a stressful process smooth, efficient, and uneventful. He addressed not only our house showings and sale but our repeated questions.
