Working with Johnathan for the purchase of our home couldn't have been easier. He was extremely responsive to our calls and texts, was quick to reach out with any new information on the homes we were interested in, and he seemed to know the areas we were looking at pretty well. The whole process ran smoothly, he explained everything to us on every document we had to sign, and the negotiation process couldn't have gone better--he knows what he's doing. We got the first house we put an offer on, and there were multiple offers! Overall we couldn't be happier.
