Phil proactively ensured that the negative findings from the Home Inspection were addressed by the Seller and provided cogent advice on which items to focus on and which ones to deal with once the property became ours. In short, Phil went above and beyond what a real estate agent is supposed to do, making sure that our interests were always represented in the give and take with the Seller, her agent and with the HOA Management company, seeing potential issues and dealing with them before we even became aware of them.
