We were looking for houses on the pre-owned market with Casey and kept running into issues with it either being too old, outdated, major fixes to the A/C or roof, flooring, etc. We weren’t even thinking about buying brand new. Casey must have had a hunch because he brought us over to a brand new community in wildwood (perfect location for my business). While talking to the sales agent at the community they mentioned that a couples financing fell through on the home, we came in checked the home out and fell in love with it. We had a deposit on the home the same day and moved into the house on March 31st. If it wasn’t for his thinking outside the box we would not be in a home right now.
