Our association with Kevin was a 10+. We interviewed 5 agents before selecting Kevin, and he stood out as the leader among them. He levelled with us on subjects but took our opinions into consideration, then told us how the issue would be handled. He handled all details for us (which was extremely good for us given that we are in our 80's) and ensured that we were not blindsided by anything. Chris Neun is one of the better agents in the area! I would say his marketing is pretty amazing and EXCEPTIONAL! I've used several agents in the past to market my properties and I would say out of of 50-60 Agents, his Marketing is the best I've seen! If you have any doubt in your mind to whether you should hire him or not. Just hire him! You will not be disappointed! He will go above and beyond!
