It was a wonderful experience working with Kim to sell my Dad's 40+ year old home (which was in need of quite a bit of work). We cleaned it up and made the necessary repairs, but when inspected more and more problems were found. Kim met with inspectors and contractors numerous times! She even crawled into the attic to check on a repair! She answered my calls immediately and kept me informed all along the way. We got a "full-price" offer and closed on the house in less than 3 months! I would definitely recommend Kim!
